The tour starts at the bike center at Praia Foz do Minho. From there, a well-developed cycle path leads up to the Miradouro St. Antão. Antão, where the effort of the climb is rewarded with a spectacular panoramic view. The route continues along the ridge to the windmills before an exciting trail of difficulty S2 leads down to the vicinity of the town of Ancora.
