There are no fees for you associated with this – not even indirectly through price surcharges or similar. You are welcome to rent bicycles directly at the Wing-Foil Station. You can find details here.

Hotel Porto do Sol

Luxury near the beach (in Caminha)

The 4-star superior hotel Porto do Sol is located directly on the Rio Minho river, just a five-minute walk from the Wing-Foil Station, and you can also easily walk to the city center of Caminha. The restaurant overlooks the Wing-Foil Beach, so you can always keep an eye on conditions.

The hotel offers 106 luxuriously furnished rooms and 7 fabulous 52m² suites with jacuzzi and panoramic views of the Minho river mouth.

It is approximately 2.5 km from Moledo beach and 4 km from the center of Caminha where you can find all the amenities of a historic and welcoming urban environment at the mouth of the River Minho.

Relaxed atmosphere in Moledo

The surf house is located directly in Moledo, approximately 2.5 kilometers from the Wing-Foil Station (we are happy to provide you with bicycles).

Here, you can stay with 14 friends under one roof, close to the beach and in a familial atmosphere. It’s a well-maintained standalone house, with a wave of surfer spirit along with a courtyard, garden, barbecue area, spacious living room, large kitchen, 4 bathrooms, and a sports and yoga room.

Mainpeak House

Ideal family accommodation in Moledo

The Mainpeak House is the ideal family accommodation and impresses with a spacious garden and a small pool.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom and toilet and two children’s rooms.
The upper floor offers a comfortable bedroom with its own bathroom and toilet and a terrace with a wonderful view of the sea.

Thanks to the central location, the beach, shops and restaurants in Moledo are within easy walking distance.
The wing foil school is best reached by bike via the idyllic forest path “Camarido” – the journey takes about 15 minutes.

Camping Site Orbitur Caminha

This agreeable campsite in the north of Portugal, located near the Spanish border, offers numerous shaded areas with a good number of electricity points for caravans, as well as a mini-market and restaurant.

Just 200 meters from the beach, one of the attractions of Caminha campsite is its location in a pine wood with views over the Minho Estuary. You can swim and fish both in the river and on the beautiful Caminha beach. And you mustn’t miss a visit to the Santo Antão viewpoint in the Serra da Arga or the water mills in the attractive village of Vilar de Mouros.
